TRACY LAWRENCE, NEW YEAR’S EVE AND MORE AT INN OF THE MOUNTAIN GODS

MESCALERO, N.M. (Nov. 28, 2018) — Guests are invited to celebrate the holiday season at Inn of the Mountain Gods this December with various events that are sure to make this holiday season a memorable one. Country legend Tracy Lawrence takes the stage Dec. 8, and the Decades of Celebration is the ultimate party to ring in the new year. Tracy Lawrence – Dec. 8
Country music legend Tracy Lawrence will be taking the stage at Inn of the Mountain Gods on Saturday, Dec. 8. With over thirteen million albums sold, a compilation of No. 1 singles, and 22 songs on the Billboard Top 10 charts, Lawrence’s career is the epitome of country music success. He rose to fame in the ‘90s for his unique touch on honky-tonk country sound and is best known for hits like “Sticks and Stones,” “If the Good Die Young,” and “Time Marches On.” Lawrence recently released a new Christmas album, “Frozen in Time,” which features a festive mix of new songs and holiday classics. Guests can purchase tickets for $29. Doors open at 7 p.m., concert starts at 8 p.m.

11th Annual Torchlight Parade and Fireworks at Ski Apache – Dec. 27
Ski Apache will hold their annual Torchlight Parade with Fireworks Show on Thursday, Dec. 27, free to the public. The event kicks off with a dummy gelunde launch at 1 p.m., where handcrafted dummies are launched off a jump and judged on distance, height, creativity and crowd response. After the dummies have flown and the sun has set, torch-bearing skiers will glide down the mountain to the rhythm of traditional Native American drums, leaving a trail of light behind them, followed by a spectacular fireworks show. “Decades of Celebration” New Year’s Eve Celebration – Dec. 31
Inn of the Mountain Gods is ringing in the new year in style! Guests are invited to dress in the duds of their favorite decade and rock out to the biggest hits from the ‘60s, ‘70s, ‘80s and ‘90s as performed by cover bands Aquarius and Boombox Heroes. The evening also features a delicious menu of smoked salmon, prime rib, oysters, chicken piccata and much more. Tickets for the event are $125. Doors open at 7 p.m.

GAMING
Bingo at Club 49
Wednesday–Sunday
Taking place inside Club 49, BINGO is a popular spot for guests to grab a bite or drink (alcoholic or soft drink) while playing their favorite games. Paper and electronic packages are available, as well as daubers for purchase. Guests are welcome to join on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Fridays through Sundays at 1 p.m., 4 p.m., and 6 p.m. Bingo buy-in sales open 30 minutes prior. With 11 games each session, guests will have plenty of chances to yell BINGO!

Loco for Locals – Christmas Cash Dash
Dec. 1–27
Locals have a chance to walk away from Casino Apache with their share of $10,000 on Dec. 27. Earn 50 slot points between 9 a.m. to 5:50 p.m. on Thursdays through December for a chance to splurge on Christmas presents this year.

High 5’s for 55’s Deck the Hands Drawing
Dec. 5–26
Players ages 55 or better are invited to enjoy the holiday spirit, and spirits, on Wednesdays during the Deck the Hands drawing. Guests can earn 20 points between 2 and 4:50pm for a chance to win up to $2,500 cash. If that’s not enough, guests will also receive 5X points on Mondays and 50 percent off dining vouchers Mondays or Wednesdays.

Treasure Tree Giveaway
Dec. 7–28
Casino Apache invites guests to trim the tree with cash this holiday season! Attendees can play Fridays in December from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. to earn entries into the Treasure Tree Giveaway. There’s $250,000 up for grabs! At 6 p.m. five winners will receive keys for a chance to unlock the cash prize.

Hot Chocolate & Blackjack
December
Guests are invited to heat up their blackjack game with a free cup of hot chocolate this holiday season at Casino Apache. They can sip while they win and all the while, have some fun.

Texas Ho Ho Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament
Dec. 16
It’s all about peace, goodwill, and pocket aces this December with the $20,000 Texas Ho Ho Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament, taking place Dec. 16 at Inn of the Mountain Gods. The event kicks off at 11 a.m. in the White Mountain Room. Late registration for the tournament will be held until Dec. 16 with a $230 buy-in.

Friday Night Football Frenzy – Free to Play!
December
Once a week at Inn of the Mountain Gods, players are invited to come in and predict the winning teams for Monday Night NFL Football and Saturday College Football games for a chance to win a share of over $19,000 cash and free play. Entries will be printed from 8 a.m. until 4:50 p.m. and drawing times are on Fridays at 5 p.m. for college football, and 5:30 p.m. for NFL.
