Job Summary: Performs stewarding daily shift duties of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with company/industry/governmental guidelines specific to duties. Responsible for machine and/or manual ware washing of all china, glass, flatware, pots and pans, trays, cooking utensils and cutting boards. As well as organization and storage of cleaned items listed above. Responsible for floor cleaning and maintenance of assigned Food and Beverage outlets. Responsible for garbage maintenance, disposal and recycling procedures.

Qualifications: Ability to read and write to 8th grade level. On the job training will be provided for applications with little or no experience. The team member must have the ability to push/pull carts weighing approximately 75-100 pounds.

Mescalero Apache Tribal Preference. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
