MESCALERO, N.M. (August 22, 2016)— The smell of barbecue will fill the air at the Casino Apache Travel Center parking lot Saturday, Sept. 3 at 1 p.m. when Smokey B’s Grill heats things up for their Fireball Whisky Outdoor BBQ.
Attendees can try the Barbecue Burger made with 100 percent Native American beef topped with cheddar cheese, bacon and an onion ring, smothered in Fireball barbecue sauce served with crisp french fries and coleslaw for $10.99. Attendees can also try the Fireball Barbecue Plate featuring Fireball-infused ribs, wings, brisket and half a chicken breast served with corn on the cob and coleslaw for $15.99.
In addition to delicious Fireball-inspired menu items, the Fireball Whisky Outdoor BBQ includes draft beers, Fireball shots, soft drinks, music and giveaways.
