Baby iceberg, braised yellow beets, pickled red onion, shaved breakfast radish, petite heirloom tomatoes, applewood smoked bacon lardons, Stella blue cheese and topped with a green goddess dressing.
Entrée
Certified Black Angus Aged New York Striploin
Porcini, chili and brown sugar dry rub, roasted heirloom marble potatoes and wild mushrooms, charred brussels sprouts, caramelized cipollini onions, butternut squash purée all in a red wine bordelaise sauce.
Dessert
Autumn Cheesecake Mousse Tart
Spiced apple compote, toasted oat streusel, mascarpone chantilly cream with a Sriracha caramel sauce.
