Job Summary: Responsible for providing guests with attentive and gracious Fine-Dining experience. Taking order, serving guests, up-selling and describing specials and all menu items. Works as a team by assisting all guests in the dining room. Pre-busses tables in assigned area(s).
Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; 2 years job related experience in cocktail service. 1-year experience in a high-end lounge environment. Knowledgeable in wine, beer and spirits.
Mescalero Apache Tribal Preference. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
