Job Summary: Creates, changes, cancels and confirms reservations over the phone for the hotel and special events by navigating the Hotel Information System (HIS). Agent can completely explain thoroughly and “up sell” our resort to callers and assist the guest with any/or special request.
Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; one year experience in customer service, excellent communication and computer skills; must have healthy and friendly attitude, proven record of dependability of performance, available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
Mescalero Apache Tribal Preference. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
