Job Summary: Conducts gambling games such as cards in the casino. Deals assigned tables. Responsible for providing and ensuring excellent customer service is provided in the table games area at times; Deals and ensures adherence to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures and to in Internal Control Structure (ICS); Assist with or completes customer by in transactions; Assist with or completes fills and credits on the table games; Is alert to all activity responsible for game security at all times; Maintains a clean and neat chip rack at all times; Understands Federal currency reporting requirements as it relates to player activity; Ensures that wagers are placed before cards are dealt, roulette wheel is spun, or dice are tossed; at their table at all times; Educates players on the proper rules and procedures of the table game, Team member must be aware of and comply with all attendance policies, procedures and work schedules in a cooperative manner. Team member will be a dual rate supervisor when needed.
Job Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, and two years dealing experience required. Supervisory experience required. Must be 21 years of age or older.
Mescalero Apache Tribal Preference. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
