Job Summary: The lead attendant will be responsible for whom he is supervising, making decisions for the department when the manager is not available. The lead attendant. Will inform the manager of any and all changes and decisions made and await approval if needed. Coordinate parking and traffic control for valet, routes and pick ups for both 209 and the guest vehicles. Award and discipline team members and hold them accountable for their actions. Communicate with all other departments and follow the chain of command. Be aware of company and department policies, procedures, ten keys of performance, mission statement, and values.
Job Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree. One year in hotel, restaurant, and tourism. Valid New Mexico Drivers License
Mescalero Apache Tribal Preference. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
