Job Summary: Manages the design, planning and implementation of training programs, policies, procedures and strategies that support the resort goals and objectives. Such as Customer Service and Hospitality.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in education, training, or other human resources related field of study from a two-year college or university. Three years training/education management experience in a hospitality/gaming company. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software to include Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and pre-employment criminal background investigation.
Mescalero Apache Tribal Preference. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
