Job Summary: Oversees and is responsible for the repair and maintenance of the entire general outside grounds keeping areas. Must be able to operate grounds keeping equipment, to include but not limited to: lawn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, chain saws, etc. On a basis checks with Ground Maintenance Manager or Assistant Grounds Maintenance Manager for any and all work orders for resort. Carry out daily assignments and daily work detail. Details involve concepts and methods familiar to the Team Member and are made in terms of the objective to be achieved and with out explicit instructions on work method. Must be able to operate a two-way radio. Keep IMGR&C grounds clean at all times. Checks, maintains and repairs any general maintenance needs on a daily basis; Treats IMGR&C equipment with care and performs regular maintenance on the equipment. Performs other duties as needed.
Job Qualifications: High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one year job-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
Mescalero Apache Tribal Preference. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
