Job Summary: Under supervision of the lead mechanic assists in repair and maintenance of motorized equipment. Independently does a variety of mechanical repairs, schedule service, maintenance work, and fix flats. Services motorized equipment and performs related tasks as required, lubricants, electrical and welding.
Job Qualifications: Must have knowledge of proper methods of servicing automotive equipment; knowledge and repair of power mowing equipment; ability to understand and follow oral and written directions; and the aptitude for mechanical repair work methods. Must have a valid New Mexico Driver License.
Mescalero Apache Tribal Preference. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
