Job Summary: Assists in the Checking in and out of the Hotel guest, taking reservations for the hotel, assisting the guest with any needs that they might have while staying at the resort. Supervises the Front Desk area.
Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; Two years experience in the field or related areas; Very strong communication, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal skills; Superior customer service, team building and conflict resolution skills; Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing personalized services including needs assessment techniques, quality service standards, alternative delivery systems, and guest satisfaction; Basic computer software skills required; Possess a good understanding of numbering flow “Debits/Credits”, adjusting entries and correction.
Mescalero Apache Tribal Preference. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
