Job Summary: Assists in the checking-in and out of the Hotel guest, taking reservation for the hotel, assisting the guest with any needs that they might have while staying at the resort.
Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; at least one year experience in a customer service environment, excellent communication and computer skills. Individual must have a healthy and friendly attitude towards co-workers and guest.
Mescalero Apache Tribal Preference. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
