Job Summary: The patronage of the Resort’s top gaming customers. The Executive Casino Host, with Director of Marketing, assigns approximately 350 accounts to each Casino Host for which they are responsible The Executive Casino Host manages the Host Department and is liaison between customer player’s club / VIP services and all operating departments. The candidate is dedicated to developing and retaining for maximizing profitability, securing repeat visitation and reducing attrition due to competition or breakdowns in guest satisfaction.

Job Qualifications: 

High School diploma or GED, with a minimum of five years of direct player’s club / VIP services, casino host marketing job-related experience. Preferably fluent in both Spanish and English. Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license; must have prior, direct supervisory experience in a casino Player’s Club or Host Department. Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and gaming regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops a list of high-end customers, maintaining contacts via phone, e-mail and letters;
  • Fosters positive contact with all casino customers
  • Assists in promoting and planning special events and promotions;
  • Works directly with revenue generating departments to ensure maximum participation in the Players’ Club;
  • Works to resolve any customer relation conflicts;

Supervisory Responsibilities This position supervises the Casino Hosts. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the casino’s policies and procedures and all applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing issues and resolving conflicts.

Mescalero Apache Tribal Preference. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
