Job Summary: The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing leadership and coordination for the day-to-day operation of the CATC Operations office. The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing confidential administrative assistance to the Director of Operations ensuring effective and efficient workflow between the Operations office and internal and external guests. This position acts as the first point of contact of the Director.
Job Qualifications: High School Diploma with 5 years of progressively related experience as an Executive Assistant; or 8 or more years of progressively related experience as Executive Assistant/Manager or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience; History of reliability and total confidentiality in handling and protecting company information; Must have excellent computer skill working with Microsoft Outlook; Also familiar with KRONOS, Oasis system, Micros and office technology; Must possess strong organizational skills and excellent oral/written communication skills.
Mescalero Apache Tribal Preference. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
