Job Summary: Job Summary: This position requires an Esthetician to perform a broad range of skincare services, from providing 30 to 90 minutes facial for the appointment holder and walk-ins. Typical duties of esthetician is to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all our guest. Which includes: facials, waxing, and massage, makeup application and other specialty body care services based on the package our customer choose, the Esthetician must be skilled at using a wide range of beauty products and tools. Up sell lotions, creams, and other skin care products. Train new estheticians as they join our staff on products and services. Provides skin care consultations for customers for troubled skin or problem areas. The Esthetician are required to work in a sanitary and clean environment, also to work normal business hours during the week: Weekend, and Holidays. Ensuring clientele satisfaction while operation within establish guidelines and policies. Participate in on going educational classes to keep the Spa current with new treatments and services maintaining to top level of fun, relaxation, and professionalism.
Job Qualifications: Esthetician must acquire current N.M. State Licenses. 2 years’ or more experience in spa services. Excellent communication and customer skills. Friendly and Professional demeanor. Proficiency with skin care products application services and waxing highly desirable. Able and willing to work flexible schedule. High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) Must have proven record of dependability of performance.
Mescalero Apache Tribal Preference. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
