Job Summary: Assists and manages in production of the general operation of the Casino Kitchen and shifts. Directly supervises the team members in the Casino Kitchen, carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with IMG’s policies and applicable laws. Prepares production sheet for each shift. Checks inventory and order supplies as needed. Trains, evaluates, monitors and positively  reinforces Broken Arrow Tap House kitchen Team members on job task; maintains a clean work area at all times. Assists kitchen staff as needed. Maintains quality in all food preparation while monitoring production to avoid waste; prepares all food and supplies in a set time limit or as directed by the Executive Chef. Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures, and to the casino Internal Control Structure. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or minimum of five years job-related experience with 2 years in supervisory role or lead position in a high-volume fine dining establishment. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted, culinary degree and or certification. Must have adequate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word and be able to perform daily computer Tasks. Assists in menu writing and cost breakdown for Nations Dining.

Mescalero Apache Tribal Preference. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
