Job Summary: The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the administration of IMGR&C employee benefits program, which may include retirement plans, FMLA/ leave policies, wellness programs, and insurance policies such as health, life, and disability. Assist Benefit Manager with enrollment, renewal, and delivery of benefits to the organization’s team members and management. Monitor government regulations and market trends to ensure that the benefits programs are current competitive and legal. Assist with ACA reporting and compliance.
Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Associates Degree preferred. Two years’ experience in HR and/or benefits administration. Prior Hospitality or Resort experience preferred.
