Job Summary: Welcomes guest by providing a cordial greeting and prompt seating. Processes all payments through cash, vouchers and other authorized forms of payments. Must be 21 years of age. Responsible for providing guests with attentive and gracious service. Taking orders, serving guests, up selling and describing specials and all menu items. Works as a team by assisting all guests in the dining room. Pre-bussing table in assigned area(s).
Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); six months to one year job-related experience and/or training.
Mescalero Apache Tribal Preference. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
