First Course
Burrata Mozzarella
Crisp prosciutto di parma, petite gem lettuce, marcona & tomatillo almond pesto olio verde olive oil, with micro basil and sea salt.
Entrée
Slow Braised Short Rib
Cabernet Sauvignon slow-braised short rib, heirloom stone-ground grits, confit shallot, “billionaire” bacon mushrooms, with braised baby carrots and broccolini.
Dessert
Bourbon Pecan Pie
Cracked pepper mascarpone chantilly cream, luxardo cherries, with a gianduja chocolate sauce and micro mint.
