Granger Smith – Saturday, Mar. 16
A Texas native raised in Dallas, country singer and songwriter Granger Smith began his professional music career at the age of 19 while attending Texas A&M. After self-releasing several albums, Smith signed with Wheelhouse Records in 2015 and saw his first single “Background Song” reach No.1 on the Billboard charts. In January 2016, Smith was named Hottest Artist to Watch in 2016 by the online magazine Taste of Country, and his major-label debut, Remington, saw release in March 2016. Mickey Gilley and Johnny Lee – Friday, Apr. 5
In their Urban Cowboy Reunion show, Gilley and Lee deliver a double dose of country and pop spanning over four decades of chart-topping hits. Together, Gilley and Lee have scored more than 20 No.1 songs including “Stand By Me,” “Room Full of Roses,” “Lookin’ For Love (in All the Wrong Places)” and “One in A Million.” The pair plan to play several tracks off the wildly successful Urban Cowboy soundtrack, popular cover songs from other genres as well as their original compositions of classic country and country pop. Yolanda del Río and Beatriz Adriana – Saturday, Apr. 6
Two of the most prominent Ranchera singers and film icons, Yolanda del Río and Beatriz Adriana are coming together to bring a night of emotional and soulful songs to Inn of the Mountain Gods. Del Río began her career at the young age of 15 after growing up in the famous golden age of Ranchera singers. Her first single “La Hija de Nadie” sold more than 1 million copies within the first year of its release and ultimately propelled her to international stardom. Adriana is recognized as one of the most successful Ranchera and Mariachi singers in the world. Her hit songs “La Basurita,” “El Cofrecito” and “Adios y Benvenida” have remained Ranchera classics. Los Rieleros del Norte – Friday, May 10
Since the 1980s, Los Rieleros del Norte have been one of the top bands in classic Mexican music. Their unique norteño sound distinguishes them as Tex-Mex staples that bring modernity to the traditional vacaro style. Their hits “Te Quiero Mucho,” “Una Adventura,” “Me Lo Contaron Ayer” and “Copa Sin Vino” are among the several Los Rieleros singles that found their home on Mexican radio. Over the years, dozens of their songs have placed on Top Latin and Mexican Regional charts, and they were nominated for the Latin Grammy Awards three times.
