Job Summary: Prepares beverages, cooks, pastries and preparation of food while following recipes and communicating needs with Kitchen and F&B Manager.
Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; Must have at least 5 years experience of cooking; Must have 1 year as a lead position; Must be able to keep up with all productions and all cooking necessary to meet customer service on a daily basis; Must be able to maintain the physical requirements of the job.
Mescalero Apache Tribal Preference. Bi-cultural experience preferred.
