SEPTEMBER EVENTS, ENTERTAINMENT, PROMOTIONS AT INN OF THE MOUNTAIN GODS

MESCALERO, N.M. (August 23, 2016)— Summer may be ending, but the fun never ends at Inn of the Mountain Gods this September, as world-class entertainers, family-friendly events and new casino promotions keep the excitement going at New Mexico’s premier resort casino.

Entertainment
Foreigner – Friday, Sept. 2
See the original jukebox heroes, Foreigner, perform their greatest hits on Friday, Sept. 2 at 8 p.m. at Inn of the Mountain Gods. The international superstars have sold more than 80 million records worldwide with 14 top 20 hits including “Feels Like the First Time” at No.4, “Double Vision” at No. 3 and the smash hit “I Want to Know What Love Is” at No.1.

Fireball Whisky Outdoor BBQ – Saturday, Sept. 3
Join the Casino Apache Travel Center for the Fireball Whisky Outdoor BBQ that will showcase their new Fireball-inspired entrees. Guests will be treated to delicious BBQ, draft beers, Fireball shots, music from a live DJ and giveaways on Sept. 3, from 1-9 p.m. Choose from the Fireball BBQ Plate for $15.99 or the Fireball BBQ Burger for $10.99.

End of Summer Bash – Sunday, Sept. 4
Inn of the Mountain Gods is set to host the End of Summer Bash on Sunday, Sept. 4 at 3 p.m. Celebrate Labor Day and bid farewell to summer with live music, concessions, jumping balloons and fireworks. This family event is free to attend; jumping balloons $10 per person.

Moonlight ZipTour- Friday, Sept. 16
Join Ski Apache for a breathtaking Moonlight Zip Tour and country style buffet with all the fixings on Friday, Sept. 16 at 8 p.m. Riders will enjoy dinner at the Mountain Lodge before taking the 8,900-foot zip line at almost 60 mph. This event is limited to 30 guests; tickets are $110 per person.

Brews, Blues & BBQ – Sunday, Sept. 24
Inn of the Mountain Gods is setting the stage, firing up the grills and tapping the kegs for Brews, Blues & BBQ Saturday, Sept. 24 from noon to 6 p.m. Free for the public to attend, the event will feature more than 200 different beers and live music on the lawn. Tasting tickets are $20 and include 10 tickets for 4 oz. pours and a festive mug.

Chase Rice with special guest David Nail – September 29
Country stars will take over the Inn of the Mountain Gods stage once again when Chase Rice and David Nail cruise through Mescalero on Thursday, Sept. 29. Already a reality TV star and NASCAR pit-crew champion, Chase Rice burst onto the country scene in 2014 when his debut album “Ignite the Night” debuted at No.1 featuring the No. 5 single “Ready Set Roll.” Special guest David Nail is a seasoned country music star, has been a recording artist since 2002. It wasn’t until 2011 that Nail became a mainstream success, with the No.1 hit “Let it Rain” and again with his No. 1 single in 2013 “Whatever She’s Got.” Tickets to see the pair on Thursday, Sept. 29 start at $30.

Party on the Mountain at Ski Apache – Saturday, Oct. 15
Celebrate winter at Party on the Mountain Saturday, Oct. 15. The bash from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. will include live music, a longest drive golf competition, bounce houses and more. The day also marks the last chance to purchase discounted season passes for Ski Apache. Enjoy the last opportunity for summer recreation like hiking, biking or playing 9 holes of disc golf until next summer.

Apache Eagle ZipRider
View Inn of the Mountain Gods and the beautiful Lake Mescalero like never before on the Apache Eagle ZipRider. Loco 4 Locals – September 1-29
Locals can win up to 50,000 bonus points Thursdays in September from 8 a.m. to noon simply by playing their favorite slot machine. At Inn of the Mountain Gods and Casino Apache Travel Center, Spirit Club members who earn 20 points can swipe their card at a kiosk for a chance to win. See the Apache Spirit Club Booth for details.

September to Remember – September 1-29
Players who visit Inn of the Mountain Gods Mondays, Thursdays & Sundays in September will have a chance to win their share of $20,000 cash. Earn 20 points on table games or slot machines and receive one entry into the big drawing. Every Thursday in September players will receive five times the entries. Don’t miss the final drawing at 7 p.m. Sept. 29 at Inn of the Mountain Gods.

High 5’s for 55’s – September 5-28
Apache Spirit Club members 55 and older can stop by Inn of the Mountain Gods and Casino Apache Travel Center Mondays and Wednesdays this September for exclusive deals and discounts. Mondays from 8 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. earn five times the points on slot machine play. Additionally, Mondays and Wednesdays seniors receive a 50 percent off dining voucher valid at Gathering of Nations Buffet, Big Game Sports Bar, Apache Tee or Smokey B’s.

Hunting for Big Bucks – September 6-27
Apache Spirit Club members have the chance to lock in $5,000 cash when they go Hunting for Big Bucks playing their favorite slot machine to earn entries into the weekly drawings. Drawings will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesdays at Casino Apache Travel Center and Saturdays at Inn of the Mountain Gods. Point earn on drawing days from 9 a.m. to 6:50 p.m.

High 5’s for 55’s Slot Tournament – September 7-28
Wednesdays in September, Apache Spirit Club members 55 and older will receive one free entry into the weekly slot tournament for a chance to win up to $250 cash or $50 in Free Spirit Play. Earn extra points from 2-4 p.m. on promotional days and receive one extra entry.

Mystery Multiplier – September 7-30
Wednesdays and Fridays in September at Inn of the Mountain Gods and Casino Apache Travel Center players who earn 10 points then swipe their Apache Spirit Club Card could receive up to 10 times the points. Earn and redeem those points from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on promotional days.

Laugh All the Way to the Bank – September 7- December 28
In September, October, November, and December, guests at Inn of the Mountain Gods will have the chance to win up to $200 cash or up to $100 in Free Spirit Play just for visiting the comedy club. To enter, guests simply drop their Club 49 ticket stub along with their first and last name into the drawing drum after the show. Drawings will be held Wednesdays at 9 p.m.
